Confessions of a Crazed Mind...Hmm?!: Curry Social Night (5 Mar 08)

Attended this Curry Night Social in town, (probably cos of the name curry....though i try to avoid eating it in S'pore, but can't help but miss it) Anw the event was a church social with games, music and food. Overall, it felt like a JC orientation, with the meeting of several new friends.

The really big man is the church pastor and host for the event. Basically we were divided and seated in different teams for the games. The quirky dressed ppl are the team leaders, which made it even more amusing cos at first we thought we were under-dressed for the occasion...haha thought it was some costume party

Anw the night carried on with food and games, tt included word scrambling, coming out with a team cheer and a race to see which team can produce the fastest items as described by the host (ie. like coming out with 3 spectacles per team or a strand of hair and presenting it to him the fastest). Anw this is a pic of me playing the game where the egg had to be balanced on a spoon while walking arnd the chairs. Evil Benjamin was trying to make me laugh throughout the whole thing

Penalty time! Seems like all the teams can't answer the questions of the host, and resulted in them having to endure the pain of another person smashing an egg on their heads! Damn funny when their faces all changed....anw the egg was hard-boiled, so it was a prank btw...

Another insane challenge. Each team had to send one representative to drink finish the black-currant juice from the *&^% long tube. There's my roomie, Benjamin, trying to chug it down

However, nearly all the competitors failed to finish it! I would say it was worth abt 4 litres of black-currant juice la! Until when our team representative, Jinyang, came to the rescue!

Jinyang was the only competitor to finish drinking up all of it and turn out fine...way to go dude!

My group members, dubbed the Super Winning Team, we ended the night with 222 points, down from a starting of -20 points....and finished 2nd in place...lol....
